At Esquire IG, we aim to cement ourselves as one of the best corrugated box manufacturers in, and beyond this nation. Our mission is to consistently provide a super-standard quality of products and services while affixing our reliability and building solid, long-lasting bonds with our stakeholders.
Our operations are built on the foundation of caring for and growing with our stakeholders, and for us, this includes our employees as well as our environment. This is the core reason why our mission also inculcates the values of environmental sustainability and positive workforce impact.
Vision
Esquire IG is bridging the gap between the present and the future of the corrugation and packaging industry, but looking ahead, there’s a long way to go.
We aim to become one of India’s biggest fully automated corrugation service providers catering to national and international markets across a broad range of industries. This forward movement also comes with heightened product quality and a widened product and service line as compared to what we’re currently offering.
As a joint venture, Esquire IG has set a target to manufacture between 500 to 1000 tonnes of fresh produce packaging material for domestic and global markets.
About Esquire IG
Operational since early 2017, Esquire IG initially started as Esquire Corrugation, partnered by Mr. Sanjeev Kapoor and Mr. Gaurav Mansukhani. This young corrugation based organization saw a rapid growth in business, greater than the industry average, of 15 – 20% in it’s first couple of years of operation. In Q2 2022, Esquire Corrugation started their venture with IG International to form Esquire IG.
This new venture, which saw the introduction of Mr. Sanjay Arora and Mr. Tarun Arora from IG International, brought together innovative and skill-leading minds from various industries who have one common goal – to reshape the corrugation and packaging industry and introduce futuristic processes which not only improve efficiency and quality, but also set a standard for sustainability and social responsibility.

Mr. Gaurav Mansukhani has a futuristic vision relating to the corrugation Industry, this is what aids him in bringing a modernized perception of sustainability and communication to the Esquire IG operations in his handling of areas such as CRM, marketing and business development.
Sanjeev Kapoor
Director
With over 20 joint years of international experience in process and business development, supply chain management and team management, Mr. Sanjeev Kapoor handles the regular operations, TQM checks and supply chain processes for Esquire IG.
Ritika Mansukhani
Director
With over a decade of experience in international client communication and management, Mrs. Ritika Mansukhani's successful venture into the corrugation field supporting executive operations and strategy execution brings new light to previously undiscovered skills.
Sanjay Arora
Director
Mr. Sanjay Arora, the director of IG International, brought major sales growth and market expansion to the business after joining IG in 1992. Mr. Sanjay is the primary hand behind setting up IG Logistics, a transport and logistics company which provided specialised reefer solutions to the growing industry needs. He also handles Logsitics, HR, Sales, Cold chain, Marketing Operations and Business Development verticals for IG International.
Tarun Arora
Director
Mr. Tarun Arora, the Director of IG International, joined the family business in 2008. He leads the Corporate Function team and represents IG at various global meets and trade shows around the world. Mr. Tarun Arora has brought a modern perspective and a more empathetic and constructive work culture to IG making it one of the best places to work.

Esquire IG aims to be an environmental impact leader in the corrugation and packaging industry with minimization of industrial waste, maximized efficiency and practices which go beyond just complying with sustainability standards. As corrugation partners to food, FMCG, produce, and more such industries, we can proudly say that our processes firmly focus on reducing our carbon footprint on this green earth.
Workforce Impact
At Esquire IG, we’re strong advocates of innovation and impact. In the process of infrastructural development and improvements, we ensure that our workforce is adequately upskilled and trained to adapt to modern methods and processes relating to the corrugation industry. Our entire ground team is trained according to stringent safety codes and is provided with the required materials and care to ensure their well-being. Apart from this, we ensure that we provide well adapted and facilitated living quarters to all of our factory level workers.
